HOUSEHOLD CLEANING
As a housekeeper I began as a housewife who worked part-time for a maid service. After five years working for the maid service I moved to Denver and opened up shop for myself. I perform a wide range of cleaning services. If you are interested in a service that is not listed, please email me to inquire if it might be a possibility.
- Generally tidying up.
- Vacuuming floors and furniture.
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors and baseboards.
- Dusting all horizontal services, including curtains, window blinds, and ceiling fans
- Bathrooms, including mirrors, counters, sinks, toilets, shower stalls, bathtubs.
- Kitchens, including stovetops, appliance fronts, sinks, counters.
- Bedrooms; including changing linens and putting away laundry.
- Washing interior windows (addition charges)
- Special cleaning services may include cleaning out freezers and refrigerators, descaling bathroom fixtures, moving and cleaning beneath couches, etc.
Cleaning is typically billed on an hourly rate priced for light ($10), average ($12), or heavy soiling ($15). Discounts are offered for scheduling regular cleanings or for scheduling multiple services simultaneously. For example, 3 hours of average cleaning is $36. 3 hours of babysitting for one child is $30. Combine both into one visit, over the course of 4 hours is only $60: a 10% discount.
