Your children are the light of your life, but we all understand that you cannot always be there, so when you can't be there leave behind someone who cares like you do.
I have been working with children as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, and mother's helper on and off since 1996. I have not yet been blessed with any little ones of my own, but between 'Nieces' and God-babies my life is full of pitter-pattering feet. I make a point of knowing your family as best I can; of being as much a part of your family as you need so that you can leave your most precious loves in my care with confidence.
As a mother's helper, I will be in your home with you and your children, working side-by-side with you to make your household run smoothly. This service is particularly helpful in the last months before a new arrival and the first months after birth. While I am not yet accredited, I am studying as a post-partum doula to make this service even more comprehensive.
As a nanny I will care for your children in your home for regularly scheduled hours several days each week. This is the at-home version of daycare, and is much less upsetting to your little ones' routine. Depending on your children's ages, fieldtrips, arts & craft, homework help and minor educational projects are all possibilities.
As a babysitter I'll care for your children in your home for irregular short intervals when you are in need. This is particularly good for special nights out, family medical procedure, those rare appointments when kids aren't welcome, and many other times. In the case of families I know well, I am also available for last minute emergences at all hours. Babysitting visits will frequently be themed around an outing or activity: The Zoo, Arts & Crafts, Movie night, etc.
I am available for overnight sitting/nannying for those whose schedules aren't the typically diurnal, and for other atypical situations. There are additional fees.

Childcare fees are $10 per hour for the first child and $2 per hour per child there after. Discounts apply for prepaying for a series of appointments or bundling childcare with laundry or organizational services.
